Robert Ybarra Rebel Fest was formed to honor the life and legacy of our son, Robert Macario Ybarra, who was killed in action. Every year, we host this foundation to raise scholarship money for the students of the Big Country. It’s our goal to make sure that no graduate needs to forgo college due to a lack of finances.
With an incredible outpouring of help and donations from friends, family and businesses, we were able to raise enough money for three $2,000 scholarships for the graduating class of 2023. In 2022, our family donated $1,500 to help jump start the scholarships.
We’d love to thank the businesses, individuals, families and musicians who helped make this event possible, and we’d appreciate it if you’d take the time to support them as well. Robert would’ve loved it, and we’re sure he had the best seat in the house.
